We collect your name, email address, and profile picture via OAuth authentication. We do not store your passwords.
You retain full ownership of all companies, notes, documents, investments, and LP records stored within Fondaco.
When you forward emails to your Fondaco inbox address, we process them to extract company information, contacts, and attachments for your pipeline.
We collect anonymous analytics data to improve the Service. We use cookie-free analytics and do not track you across other websites.
We use your information to: provide and operate the Service; process content through AI features; send transactional emails (notifications, digests); improve the Service through aggregate usage patterns; and comply with legal obligations.
Fondaco uses third-party AI providers to power features like email classification and deal extraction. These providers operate under enterprise terms and do not use your data for model training. AI processing occurs on-demand only when you use these features.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with: AI providers for feature processing; infrastructure vendors necessary for service delivery; law enforcement when legally required; and third parties with your explicit consent.
We protect your data with TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-fund data isolation, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews.
Fondaco uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; export your data in CSV or JSON format; and object to certain processing activities. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@fondaco.ai.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
